Luigi Rebecchini

Born in Rome in 1974. In 1990 he works as a ceramist at the traditional factory Grazia in Deruta, Umbria. After taking his architecture degree in 2000 with a thesis on the reuse of the abandoned industrial landscape on Elba Island, he collaborates with Roma 3 University as an expert in landscape modelling and environmental design. In 2001/02 he collaborates with the research-institute DiPSA and with the artist Luigi Mainolfi. Since the foundation of s.e.l.f. - officina di architettura, in 2002, he is focussing on technological aspects of design and building processes.
